Designed for groups of 10 to 100+ guests, each experience can be structured as a guided workshop, an open-house planting station, or a come-and-go activation.

Guided Planting Workshop

Guests create together as our instructor leads the group through planting, design, and care. This format offers the most interaction and is ideal for team-building, wellness programs, and smaller community gatherings.


Drop-In Planting Bar

A flexible, come-and-go station where guests select their plants, personalize their project, and receive guidance from the Saddle & Sage team. This format works especially well during open houses, resident events, conferences, and longer celebrations.


Plant Adoption Bar

Invite guests to choose a plant, give it a name, decorate its container, and take home simple care instructions. It is a charming, approachable option for appreciation events, welcome activities, and high-traffic gatherings.
 

Project Options

Projects can be selected to fit your audience, season, budget, and event format. Options may include:

  • Succulent planters

  • Mini herb gardens

  • Houseplant arrangements

  • Terrariums

  • Custom-branded wood planters

  • Seasonal planting projects

Make It Your Own

We can coordinate plants, containers, embellishments, and signage with your event theme or organization. Customization options may include:

  • Branded wooden planter boxes

  • Custom plant-care cards

  • Themed plant markers

  • A curated selection of plants and toppings

Live hot branding may also be available at appropriate venues, subject to location and safety requirements.
