Festivals & Large Events

A memorable, hands-on activation built for a crowd.
Â
Saddle & Sage brings an engaging mix of plants, creativity, and ranch character to festivals, grand openings, fairs, conferences, markets, and community celebrations.
Designed for 50 to 300+ guests, our large-event experiences are built around steady guest flow. Participants can stop in, create something meaningful, and leave with a finished plant project—without committing to a full seated workshop.

Choose Your Activation
Â
Planting Bar
Guests choose a plant, build their arrangement, add decorative finishes, and take home their creation. Projects can be streamlined for fast-moving crowds or expanded into a more personalized experience.
Â
Custom-Branded Planter Station
Turn the activity into a lasting branded keepsake. Wooden planter boxes can feature a company logo, event name, sponsor mark, or commemorative design.
Live hot branding may be available at suitable venues, subject to space, fire-safety, and event requirements.
Â
Adopt-a-Plant Experience
Guests select a plant, personalize its container or plant marker, and receive simple care instructions. This approachable format is ideal for guests of different ages and experience levels.
Â
Gladys Mobile Plant Experience
Make Gladys—our vintage horse trailer transformed into a mobile plant boutique and workshop—the centerpiece of your event. Her rustic wood displays, sage-green details, café lights, and ranch character create a welcoming destination that guests naturally want to explore and photograph.
For venues where Gladys is not practical, we can create a flexible 10' × 10' or 10' × 20' activation using tents, tables, crates, signage, and coordinated displays.
Â
Ranch Animal Experience
For select events, Saddle & Sage may be able to incorporate a carefully managed ranch-animal meet-and-greet or themed photo opportunity. Availability depends on the venue, weather, travel distance, permitting, animal welfare, and staffing requirements.
Â
Built for Guest Flow
Large events require more than a beautiful setup. We plan each activation around:
-
Expected attendance
-
Event length
-
Participation goals
-
Guest arrival patterns
-
Project completion time
-
Available space and access
-
Staffing needs
-
Replenishment and supply storage
-
Setup and breakdown requirements
Depending on the project, multiple guests can participate at once while our team keeps materials organized and the line moving.
